How to Use & Dosage
- Take 1 teaspoon (approx. 1-2 g) of the powder once daily & decoction 50 to 100ml.
- You can take it with lukewarm water after breakfast or dinner.
- For best results, use consistently over 4–8 weeks.
Precautions
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or taking medications for kidney, bladder, heart or high blood pressure issues—please consult a healthcare professional before use.
You may experience mild increase in urination or changes in bowel habits, reduce the dose. Once settle, then gradually increase.
